In order to meet pipeline specifications, it is essential to dehydrate raw natural gas to eliminate water content, typically aiming for a range of 7 lbs/MMcf. The PDS (Pipeline Dehydration System) employs an innovative and environmentally-friendly desiccant called enviroDRI™, which requires minimal moving parts to effectively dehydrate the gas.

The wet gas enters the PDS vessel through the inlet at the bottom, allowing the gas to ascend through the enviroDRI™ desiccant bed and undergo adsorption, where moisture is captured and removed. Since enviroDRI™ is non-hazardous, there are no specific disposal instructions or special considerations required.
