Fuel Gas Conditioning System
The fuel gas conditioning system serves the purpose of processing fuel gas for various applications such as compressor fuel or instrumentation gas. For instance, Croft Production Systems, Inc.’s fuel-gas conditioning system, known as FCS, is a unique system designed to eliminate water content and adjust the British Thermal Unit (BTU) levels to meet the requirements of compressors and other instruments.
To ensure the proper functioning of the FCS and its components, it is recommended to schedule regular servicing every 30 days. This maintenance routine aims to verify the system’s optimal performance and the condition of its parts. Given that the FCS relies on its components to achieve pressure drop and functionality, it is important to be aware that certain parts may experience wear and tear over time, as is the case with any system.
